C&B Educational Consulting LLC was born out of a deep desire to address the complex challenges facing K-12 education in 2024. Our foundation is built on over 20 years of frontline teaching experience and a rigorous academic background, including an M.A.T., M.Ed., and Specialist certification in Administration and Supervision. We don't just consult from the outside; we speak the language of both the classroom and the district office. Founded in June 2024, we partner with schools to create professional learning experiences that are restorative, metaphor-driven, and intentionally designed to be emotionally resonant. We help educators reconnect with their purpose while providing the practical, leadership-backed strategies they need to strengthen their daily practice.

Christopher Moyo, M.A.T., M.Ed., Ed.S.
With over two decades of experience in the classroom and a deep academic foundation, I founded C&B Educational Consulting LLC to bridge the gap between educational theory and the daily realities of K-12 schooling.
My approach is shaped by a unique "triple-threat" of expertise:
